Packaging Standards

Each item is packed in 4mm thick MDF wooden box laminated with satin fabric, safe for both transportation & storage. 

Outer label contains brand name 'Medigel' or as applicable with Product name (for ease of recognition). QR Code for BATCH QUALITY CERTIFICATION (see template) and product bar code with details provided. 

Internal surface of box displays information about product, standard color options, dimensions, features and instructions to use. It also provides QR code to explore Acceptance Test Procedures (ATPs); User Manual,  Product Catalogue & Certifications.

A sample tester kit is provided with each purchase lot. It is a piece of gel (2 X 2 inch) for destructive quality testing as per Acceptance Test Procedures for self-authentication of quality of product at buyer's end. 

Each item is provided with AIR CLEAN  POUCH ensuring maintenance of hygienic environment inside box. ENSHIELD sticker for assuring anti-microbial environment.

Each item is provided with 50 ml of ANTI-MICROBIAL COATING solution  (90 days sustainability) for highest performance in terms of infection control measures.  The anti-microbial coating is developed based on DRDO's Covid Coat+ technology. 

Each item is provided with a user manual describing about Medigel technology, comparison with other technologies, Acceptance Test Procedures and instructions of its usage for maintaining the product for a long period of time. The manual is in dual language i.e. Hindi & English. Based on any specific country's requirement, manual will be provided in their official language too. [Click here to download].
