Medigel Operation Theatre Positioning Devices require least maintenance as compared to its counterparts. Each item is provided with Anti-microbial Solution Covid Coat+.

Procedures
Each item is provided with wooden storage boxes with names imprinted for ease of storage keeping it away from dust. However product doesn't deform or require any die based storage system.
Non-Autoclavable
Do not autoclave; it can be heated upto the temperature of maximum + 50° C and cooled upto the temperature of maximum -20° C.
Chemical Disinfection
Products can be disinfected with common available clinical disinfectants such as (Providone-Iodine Solution IP 5% w/v), (Isopropyl Alcohol IP 70% v/v), (Choloroxylenol IP 4.8% v/v, Terpineol 9% v/v, Alcohol Absolute (Denatured) 13.1% v/v) and (Chlorhexidine Gluconate Solution IP 1.5% v/v, Cetrimide IP 3% w/v); Puff some standard hospital talcum powder before use.
50 ml of Covid Coat+ (anti-microbial) solution is provided with each item. Once item is used, sanitize, disinfect / sterilize as required followed by spraying of Anti-microbial solution to all surfaces. Always keep Anti-Microbial Coatings in your repository.
Washable
Products should be washed using standard detergents as these are water resistant and inert.
Precautionary Measures
Keep off sharp/pointed implements; Do not expose to heat or direct sunlight; Do not stretch & it can be damaged if you tug it.
Sterilization
Products can be sterilized using Ultraswachh Multi-product Sterilization Units (Ozone + UV-C) and Gamma Irradiation. Tested for compatibility using both modes.
What if Film is broken?
If film is broken, remove it properly and throw it off, product is still useful as being approved as original polymer too. As product is touched; sanitize, disinfect or sterilize prior to use ensuring patient's safety.
